As well as classic classes, we have our own exclusive range of Signature sessions, designed to give you an innovative way to work out. Whatever your goal, we'll have the classes to help you reach it in a supportive, motivational environment. And the best bit? As a member, you'll be able to do an unlimited number of classes every week.

Which classes are available in Ashford?
Barre fitness and dance; yoga and Pilates; group cycling and circuit training - and those are just the beginning. At David Lloyd Ashford, we'll have a session to suit your mood, with over 100 classes on our weekly timetable. Our video gives you an overview of what to expect.
Strength & conditioning
Sculpt your body and build muscle tone in our strength and conditioning classes. The exact sessions available will be confirmed nearer the opening date but are likely to include Bodypump™, Barre Fitness and Power Yoga. You'll also be able to book aqua classes in the pools to build strength in a joint-supportive way.
Cardio
Raise your heart rate with our cardio classes. These sessions will help you build stamina, endurance and overall fitness, as well as giving your day an injection of energy.
We also have several cardio classes as part of our Signature class range. BLAZE is a fiery HIIT session held in a purpose-built studio with integrated heart rate monitoring. IGN1TE will work your whole body. Group cycling classes Rhythm and Cyclone will get you stronger, fitter and faster, with stats displayed on the bike screens so you can track your progress.
Mind & body
Our yoga and Pilates classes will provide a full-body workout, as well as giving you space to find your focus and match your breathing to your movement.
SPIRIT, from our Signature class range, combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet calming workout. You'll journey through postures that will enhance your strength, power and flexibility, before ending with a relaxing period of meditation to reset your mind and body.
Functional training
Functional training mimics the movements we use in everyday life, such as squatting, lunging, pushing and pulling. It's great for improving performance and preventing injury. That's why you'll want to try our circuit training classes. Ride an endorphin high through dynamic bootcamp-style sessions and get yourself in shape for whatever life might throw at you.
We'll have studios to suit different types of class, so you'll be working out in the best environment for your session. We'll provide any kit and props you need, from weights to yoga mats.
