Meet the GM
Hi, I am Kristen Westwood, and I have been part of the David Lloyd Clubs family since 2007. I have worked across eight Clubs in that time and held positions as Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Sports Manager and General Manager, most recently re-opening our Fulham Club after a £7million investment.
I bring both experience as well as an openness to try new things at Bury St Edmunds and I’m really excited to become part of the community.

In addition to the 100+ station gym that sits at the heart of the new Club, David Lloyd Bury St Edmunds will offer a wide range of Signature group exercise classes, including the popular family group classes, David Lloyd REBELS."
‘REBELS’ is a family-friendly adaptation of the Clubs’ exclusive range of Signature classes, aimed at parents and children aged between eight and fourteen years. providing families the opportunity to exercise together allowing them to enhance their health and fitness, while spending quality time together.
David Lloyd Bury St Edmunds will also feature indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis and padel courts, expert tennis and swimming coaching for adults and children, and a timetable packed with kids activities and sports coaching.
A luxurious indoor and outdoor Spa Retreat, showcasing David Lloyd Clubs' Signature wellness offering, will include a variety of unique experiences and rooms such as a Himalayan Salt Sauna, a Rainforest Experience Shower, a revitalizing citrus steam room, a serene ice cave, a plunge pool, and a hydrotherapy pool.
On top of health, fitness and wellbeing facilities, David Lloyd Bury St Edmunds will house a stylish outdoor terrace and Clubroom that will provide the perfect setting to relax with friends and family. The Clubroom includes a family zone and indoor soft play area for children, and a Business Lounge that offers the perfect alternative to working from home. A tasty menu, delicious smoothies, coffees, and kids’ meals will also be on offer, and can be ordered on the David Lloyd Clubs App, delivered directly to members tables.
