Introducing SPIRIT
For a class that combines yoga and Pilates, try SPIRIT, one of our range of Signature Classes. Set to uplifting music, this session lengthens, strengthens and helps boost energy levels.
SPIRIT is the ideal yoga-Pilates hybrid for anyone looking for a satisfying workout with elements of meditation.
Work your core, get lost in the flow and find stillness. Whether you're interested in yoga for fitness or relaxation, our Hatfield studio offers a range of classes every week, including Vinyasa and Hatha yoga sessions. These are suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to those who have been practising for years.
Yoga classes are just one way to take care of your wellbeing as a member of our health club. After you've rolled up your mat, enjoy a few lengths in our heated indoor and outdoor pools or simply make time for more relaxation in our spa. You can get some work done over a delicious coffee in our Clubroom, explore our first-rate gym or try a different style of exercise class. Find out which type of membership will suit you best.
Hatha is a yoga practice that aims to bring balance to mind and body. It's designed to help you maintain overall health and wellbeing as you match breathing to postures.
Flow between a series of postures in this energising yoga class, which focuses on combining breathwork with seamless movement.
In addition to our yoga classes, we offer Pilates mat classes. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core to benefit the whole body, but there's usually some flexibility work, too.

We also have Reformer Pilates classes, which use similar moves to mat Pilates but on a special machine for extra resistance.
Yoga is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of ability.
Our experienced yoga instructors will patiently and expertly guide you through every bend, flex and stretch. They can adapt postures and sequences to suit every level, so you'll feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey, including as a total beginner.
A regular yoga practice is particularly beneficial as you move through life, as the benefits can support you in your everyday activities. Expect improved posture, balance and flexibility.
As a holistic form of exercise, yoga helps you take care of both mind and body. Fitness benefits include improved strength and flexibility, and research has also linked yoga to reduced stress and enhanced mood.
We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class.
