Yoga is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of ability.
All of our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will patiently and expertly guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt postures and sequences to suit every level, so you'll feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey, including as a total beginner.
As a holistic form of exercise, yoga helps you take care of both mind and body. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, balance and posture, and research has linked yoga to reduced stress and enhanced mood.
We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class.
