We make it easy to enjoy yoga at David Lloyd Royal Berkshire. Our studio has multiple yoga classes every week, including mornings and evenings, so it'll be easy for you to choose a session based around your schedule. With styles including Hatha and Vinyasa, you're sure to discover your new favourite yoga classes.

One of the types of yoga we offer is Hatha. These classes aim to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Our Hatha sessions are designed to build mental and physical resilience, and maintain overall wellness.
A Vinyasa class provides a dynamic yoga workout, matching poses to breath with seamless movement - it's also known as 'flow yoga'. Benefits of the practice include increased mental clarity, and improved strength and balance.
Yoga is accessible to anyone and everyone, regardless of ability.
Our experienced yoga instructors will guide you through the classes, providing advice and correction when necessary. They can adapt the sequences for different abilities, so beginners can mix with more experienced yogis.

Our members love the Reformer Pilates classes at David Lloyd Royal Berkshire. These sessions take place in a sleek studio with high-quality equipment, and are led by expert instructors. For those who are new to Reformer Pilates sessions, we offer taster classes. We also have mat Pilates classes.
The main focus of Pilates is full-body strengthening, with a particular focus on the core, although it does include some flexibility work.
