Your chosen group exercise class will take place in one of our brand-new studios. All have been carefully created with specific workouts in mind. There's a Mind & Body Studio for yoga and Pilates, a fully equipped Cycling Studio, and a High Energy Studio for cardio sessions. We also have a purpose-built studio for BLAZE, our unique HIIT class, and an outdoor area for Battlebox, our circuit training class.
Looking to get your heart pumping? We have a range of cardio classes, from all-time classics to fiery HIIT, that suit different abilities. Bodypump™, for example, uses weights and repetition to help you get stronger, and there are aqua classes for a high-level, low-impact workout.

Spark your body into life and burn some serious energy in our new HIIT class: ING1TE. Created exclusively by David Lloyd Clubs, IGN1TE takes inspiration from mixed martial arts. Classes will test your whole body as you kick, punch, jump, run and push yourself to the limit.
You’ll work through a series of exercises, culminating in one final round where you’ll be challenged to get through as many reps as possible. Our expert coaches will help you get the most from each session, leaving you full of positive endorphins and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
Give yourself time for a moment of escape with SPIRIT, our unique holistic class. This session combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet balancing workout.
Set to motivational music, each session journeys through exercises and postures that will enhance your strength, power and flexibility, before ending with a relaxing period of meditation to help reset your mind and body.
Rhythm is a party on a bike! Ride along to mood-enhancing playlists as instructors help you get the best workout ever. This is a seriously fun way to get your cardio fix.
Take your workout outdoors with Battlebox, our circuit training classes that let you reclaim a sense of play as you exercise. Battlebox combines full-body fitness training, high-energy challenges and teamwork.
Want to work out as a family? We'll be introducing two child-friendly versions of BLAZE and Battlebox that you can all enjoy together.
Battlebox Play lets you work as a team as you navigate our bespoke outdoor circuit training rig, while Rebels BLAZE is a fun family HIIT class.
