During construction the project is expected to create more than 60 construction jobs, whilst generating more than £4million for local subcontractors and companies. With plans to start work on site in 2024, the David Lloyd Club at Newland Park will create over 75 permanent jobs and will also engage with the local community as the leading health group has committed and delivered at all their new club openings to date.

Sufficient parking will be present, with 267 car parking spaces inclusive of 16 disabled spaces and 6 parent and child space, as well as 20 cycle spaces.
